We are a flower shop located in the beautiful city of Lom, Bulgaria. We are seeking a talented and experienced Florist to join our team on a contract basis. This is an English-speaking job opportunity suitable for Indians with a passion for flowers and design.

As our Florist, you will be responsible for creating and arranging beautiful floral displays according to customer requests and seasonal trends. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining the overall appearance of the shop.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Florist
- Creative flair and strong design skills
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and how to care for them
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

- Create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and funerals
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer requests and making appropriate suggestions
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain the overall appearance of the shop by keeping it clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and implement them in your work
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the shop
