Restaurant Manager - Lom, India
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our bustling restaurant in Lom, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and be able to lead a team of employees to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, budgeting, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Train and supervise employees to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficient in budgeting, inventory management, and scheduling software.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of Indian cuisine is preferred but not required.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month.
