Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine
As a Restaurant Manager for our Indian cuisine restaurant in Lom, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and customer service, and controlling costs. Your role will also involve creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, as well as maintaining the restaurant's brand image and reputation.

Key responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of cooks, servers, and other staff members
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints promptly
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Control inventory levels and manage food costs to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Develop relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Plan menus and special promotions in collaboration with the chef
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed to meet financial targets

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant or similar establishment
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively and maintain high standards of service
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including spices, cooking techniques, and cultural traditions
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or another Indian language is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g. POS systems)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
