Construction Project Manager


We are currently hiring a Construction Project Manager for our growing construction company in Lom, Kenya. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, organizing, and coordinating all activities related to the project, ensuring that it is completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and safety
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Review and approve subcontractor bids and negotiate contracts as needed
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed to ensure they stay on track
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Prepare progress reports for clients and senior management
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments to stay within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related field
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget

Salary: $1600 per month
