Construction Project Manager

We are hiring a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in Lom, India. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Monitor progress and ensure project stays on track
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays that arise
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any concerns
- Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Experience managing budgets and schedules for multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
