Construction Manager


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Lom. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets, and monitor progress against them
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects
- Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making cost-saving decisions when necessary
- Communicate progress updates and any issues or delays to relevant parties
- Oversee the selection of subcontractors and materials for each project
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1200 per month.
