We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Lom. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry, and must be able to work independently or as part of a team. As a Welder, your responsibilities will include:

- Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Selecting materials and equipment for each job.
- Preparing surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding or sandblasting.
- Setting up welding equipment based on specifications.
- Performing various types of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC.
- Inspecting welds for accuracy and quality control.
- Ensuring all safety measures are followed at all times.
- Maintaining equipment by keeping it clean and reporting any malfunctions.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Welder.
- Proficient in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to welding.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects.
