Carpenter - Construction and Renovation


We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our construction and renovation team in Lom, Canada. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications and requirements
- Measure materials accurately and mark cutting lines on them
- Cut, shape, and smooth materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts as needed
- Inspect work for conformance to specifications and standards
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction or renovation industry
- Ability to read blueprints and use various tools accurately
- Attention to detail with good manual dexterity
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as lifting heavy materials
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
- Canadian citizenship or valid work permit
- Nepali nationality preferred

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
