Administrator
We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Lom, Bulgaria. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations and providing administrative support to our employees. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings for team members
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations
- Maintain accurate records of company assets and inventory
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
