Our company is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Lom City, Philippines. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily administrative activities. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with budget planning and tracking expenses
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Act as the point of contact between employees and management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative roles is required
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino are preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
