Restaurant Manager - Albena, Bulgaria
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including but not limited to staffing, training, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Manage and train staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Monitor food quality standards to ensure consistency and satisfaction.
- Prepare budgets, analyze financial reports, and make recommendations for cost control measures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, staffing, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Good knowledge of food safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Salary:
$1200 per month (negotiable depending on experience)
Contract Type:
Full-time, 1-year contract with potential for renewal.
