Executive Chef for a Luxury Resort in Albena, Bulgaria



Our luxury resort in Albena, Bulgaria is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and ensure the highest quality of food and service for our guests. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, managing inventory and food costs, training and supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

- Develop menus that showcase local ingredients and international cuisine
- Create new dishes and update existing ones to keep our menu fresh and innovative
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing waste
- Monitor food costs to stay within budgeted targets
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Proven track record of creating successful menus that meet guest expectations

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
