Bilingual Office Assistant in Albena, Bulgaria
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Bilingual Office Assistant to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team and ensure the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, forms, and other documents
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reports
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly manner
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month.

This position is located in Albena, Bulgaria. We welcome applicants from other countries; however, please note that this position does not come with visa sponsorship. Therefore, foreign applicants must have a valid work visa for Bulgaria.
