Merchandising Executive
Location: Albena, Bulgaria


We are seeking an experienced Merchandising Executive to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Merchandising Executive, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of merchandising strategies to drive sales and maximize profits. This role requires a high level of creativity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with the overall company goals
- Conduct market research and identify current trends to inform product selection and placement
- Create visual displays that effectively showcase products and attract customers
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing product packaging
- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and favorable terms
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or clearance of slow-moving items
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations for improvement
- Train sales staff on product knowledge and effective merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or retail management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual presentation
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages such as Hindi or Punjabi would be an asset.

Experience Requirements:
Previous experience in merchandising or retail management is required. Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.

Preference will be given to candidates of Indian nationality.
