Merchandiser
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Albena, Canada. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and marketed effectively in retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct store visits and audits to ensure product placement and displays meet company standards
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability in stores
- Monitor sales trends and make recommendations for product placement and promotions
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Develop relationships with store managers to increase brand visibility and sales
- Collect data on competitor's products, promotions, and pricing strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with retail stores is preferred
- Must be fluent in English
