Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve company targets and increase revenue. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Identify potential new clients and build relationships with existing ones
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate them into sales strategies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be eligible to work in Bulgaria without sponsorship
