Gardener (Albena, Bulgaria)


A reputable hotel in Albena, Bulgaria is seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and care for the hotel's gardens and outdoor spaces
- Plant, water, and prune flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Monitor and control pests and diseases
- Ensure that all plants are properly fertilized and maintained
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall aesthetic of the hotel is maintained
- Keep garden tools and equipment clean and in good working condition

Requirements:
- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of various plant species and their care requirements
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, etc.
- Good communication skills in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.
