Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy of orders
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and assist with table set-up for new guests
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
