Albena Resort, located on the picturesque Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, is seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. As a luxury resort, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, and we are looking for a talented Pastry Chef who shares our passion for excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries and breads for our restaurants and banquets
- Develop new menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and current food trends
- Ensure all pastries are made with high-quality ingredients and presented beautifully
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs to maintain consistency in quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels of pastry ingredients and place orders as needed
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- Collaborate with other chefs to create well-rounded menus that offer a variety of dessert options

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes for various types of pastries, cakes, breads, etc.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not required
