Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu items or specials
- Train junior pastry staff members when needed

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and measurements
- Ability to follow recipes accurately while also having creative input for new desserts
