Administrative Assistant - Albena, Bulgaria
We are a multinational company looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. This position is open to Filipinos and other foreigners, no English proficiency is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support and be familiar with biometric passports. This is an urgent role and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the efficient operation of our office. Your duties will include managing schedules, organizing meetings and appointments, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining office supplies. You will also handle incoming calls and emails, as well as assist with any other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. You should also have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in administrative support is required.
