Florist Assistant


We are searching for a passionate and creative Florist Assistant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Florist Assistant, you will assist our professional florists in creating beautiful floral arrangements for different occasions and events. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in floristry and has a love for flowers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the florists in preparing and arranging flowers for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, parties, etc.
- Assist with the maintenance of flower inventory and ensure that it is well-stocked at all times
- Help with the design and creation of unique floral arrangements
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their orders and offering helpful suggestions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
- Assist with deliveries to clients or event venues when necessary

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and previous experience working with them is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Must be detail-oriented, creative, and have an eye for design
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Salary:
Starting salary of $1600 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

This position is located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
