Head Chef - Nepali Cuisine (English Speaking)

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our Nepali cuisine kitchen team in Sofia. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality, authentic Nepali dishes while overseeing the overall operations of the kitchen. This position requires a passion for Nepali cuisine, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and create new dishes that showcase traditional Nepali flavors
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure quality of food production
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies for the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Nepali cuisine
- Ability to speak English fluently
- Strong knowledge of traditional Nepali cooking techniques and ingredients
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in managing inventory and controlling food costs
- Must have a valid biometric passport
