Crane Operator

We are hiring a crane operator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a crane operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites. You will also be responsible for conducting safety checks, following safety protocols, and communicating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes, including tower cranes and mobile cranes
- Perform pre-operation checks and ensure all safety measures are in place
- Safely lift and move heavy materials according to instructions
- Communicate with ground crew and signalers to coordinate movements
- Perform routine maintenance on the crane, including lubrication and cleaning
- Report any malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Attend safety training sessions and follow all safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a crane operator or relevant certification from a vocational school or trade program
- Strong knowledge of crane operations, maintenance, and safety procedures
- Physical strength and ability to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness skills
- Good communication skills for working with ground crew and signalers
