Merchandiser Supervisor - Sofia, Bulgaria


We are hiring a skilled Merchandiser Supervisor to oversee the merchandising operations in our retail store in Sofia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the work of merchandisers, ensuring products are displayed attractively and in accordance with company standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandising and leading a team, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of merchandisers and provide guidance on product placement and displays
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure stock is available for display
- Train new merchandisers on company standards and procedures
- Conduct regular store walks to ensure products are displayed correctly and shelves are fully stocked
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions and product launches
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes in display or product assortment
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by the team while handling products
- Communicate regularly with store management regarding sales trends, inventory levels, and any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Leadership capabilities with experience in managing a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (no location preference for candidates)
Contract job, no English language requirement
Experience required: Minimum 2 years in retail merchandising/supervision role.
