Baker for Busy Bakery in Sofia

We are in need of a skilled and dedicated Baker to join our team at our busy bakery in Sofia. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards. Your duties will include measuring ingredients, mixing dough, shaping and proofing dough, baking in ovens, and ensuring quality control of finished products.

To excel in this role, you should have experience working as a Baker in a fast-paced environment and be familiar with various baking techniques. A creative flair for decorating and an eye for detail is also important. You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, possess good time management skills, and have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker
- Proficient knowledge of baking methods and techniques
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent time management skills
- Team player with good communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Availability to work weekends, early mornings or late evenings
