Job Title: Experienced Handyman in Sofia, Bulgaria

We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties. You must have previous experience in a similar role and be able to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities:
-Performing general maintenance and repair tasks, such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
-Inspecting properties to identify issues and determine the best course of action
-Keeping track of materials and supplies needed for each project
-Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress
-Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within set timelines
-Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
-Knowledge of basic handyman skills, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
-Strong communication skills in English
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
-Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings if required

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Sofia, Bulgaria. While this job is open to applicants of any nationality, preference will be given to Filipino candidates who are fluent in English.
