As an Administrator in our office located in the vibrant city of Sofia, Bulgaria, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks of our company. This position is ideal for an Indian national who is fluent in English and looking to start their career in a dynamic and diverse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with excellent English communication skills
- Previous experience in administration is not necessary, but highly preferred
