We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials from trucks, trains, and storage areas. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in all weather conditions and operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader to move materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, or rocks
- Load and unload trucks and other vehicles using the loader
- Transport materials to designated locations within the job site
- Ensure safe operation of equipment at all times
- Perform routine maintenance on loader as needed
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders or similar heavy machinery
- Ability to read and understand instructions and safety protocols in English
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
