We are currently hiring for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Bansko. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to staff management, inventory control, customer service, and revenue management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Analyze financial reports and make adjustments as needed to meet targets
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into the menu and overall operations
- Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for customers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of increasing revenue
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
