Construction Project Manager



As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Bansko, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of projects. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Liaise with architects, engineers and contractors to develop project plans
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction works
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to secure the best prices for materials and services
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction process
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations and safety procedures
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Good negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Note: Malayalees preferred but not mandatory. No English required jobs available. Part-time opportunities also available. Prior experience not required.
