Construction Project Manager


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects in Bansko, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the entire construction process from start to finish. This includes preparing budgets, scheduling timelines, managing resources and materials, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate updates on project status to senior management regularly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. As an international company, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who have their own valid work visa for Egypt.
