Construction Project Manager



We are in search of a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Bansko. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in construction management and proven experience in successfully delivering projects within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project team members
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues that may arise
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for materials and services
- Track project expenses and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget
- Ensure all necessary permits are obtained for construction activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)

Preference will be given to Pakistani or African candidates who are fluent in English. Experience is preferred but not required for this position.
