Office Assistant in Bansko, Egypt
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Bansko, Egypt. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position that does not require English language skills or prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with special projects or events as needed
Requirements:
- Must be a resident of Bansko, Egypt or have own visa to work in the country
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written Arabic language
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
