We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As an Experienced Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods for our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new and innovative pastry recipes according to customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, pies, and other desserts
- Decorate pastries using various techniques such as piping, glazing, and icing
- Ensure all baked goods are presented in an attractive manner
- Monitor inventory levels of pastry ingredients and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Train new pastry staff members on proper techniques and recipes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen setting
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of pastry orders

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position. Salary may vary depending on experience level.

Language Requirement:
Fluency in English is preferred for this role.
