Executive Pastry Chef
We are a luxury hotel and restaurant located in the stunning mountain city of Bansko, seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. As an English-speaking establishment, we welcome applicants from all nationalities.
As our Executive Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our pastry department, including creating and executing menus for our restaurant, room service, and special events. You will also be responsible for managing inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean and organized kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant setting. You must have strong leadership skills to manage a team of pastry cooks and apprentices. Creativity is essential as we are always looking for unique and innovative desserts to impress our guests.
In addition to your technical skills, you must have excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure consistent quality in every dish. As an English-speaking establishment, fluency in English is required.
