Sales Manager for International Hotel in Bansko, Bulgaria


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our international hotel located in the beautiful city of Bansko, Bulgaria. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies to drive business to the hotel
- Identify new markets and opportunities for business growth
- Create and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, revenue management, and operations to ensure a cohesive approach to sales efforts
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation skills with excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. Accommodation is not provided. Biometric passport is required.
