Carpenter - Residential Construction (Bansko, India)


We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Bansko, India. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will work on residential construction projects and ensure that all work is completed according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges
- Cut and shape wood materials using hand and power tools
- Install structures or fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings, and cabinets
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
- Follow blueprints or design plans to meet project requirements
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time
- Adhere to safety regulations while working on site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential construction projects
- Knowledge of different types of wood materials and their uses
- Proficient in using hand and power tools safely
- Ability to read blueprints and design plans accurately
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job including lifting heavy materials
- Attention to detail with strong measuring skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
