Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Bansko. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land to determine boundaries, contours, and other features. You will also be responsible for collecting data, analyzing information, and creating maps and reports. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using high-tech equipment such as GPS systems and laser scanners
- Measure and map areas of land including boundaries, elevations, and structures
- Analyze data collected from surveys to create accurate maps and reports
- Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements
- Create legal descriptions of properties based on survey measurements
- Ensure that all work is completed accurately and within project deadlines
- Manage surveying equipment and perform regular maintenance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Knowledge of surveying techniques, principles, and equipment
- Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with clients effectively

Salary: $1600 per month
