Plumber Technician
As a Plumber Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment to identify and fix issues such as leaks, clogs, and damaged pipes. You must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Install new plumbing systems according to building codes and blueprints
- Inspect existing plumbing systems to identify any issues or potential problems
- Repair or replace damaged pipes, fixtures, or appliances
- Clear clogs in drains and sewers using appropriate tools
- Test plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Collaborate with other technicians or contractors on larger projects
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
- Follow safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber or plumber technician
- High school diploma/GED required
- Valid plumbing license preferred
- Knowledge of local building codes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Good physical condition to handle physical tasks associated with plumbing work
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Salary: $1100 per month
Location: Bansko, Canada
