Administrative Assistant - Bansko, Bulgaria (Indian candidates preferred)
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bansko. As an Indian candidate, you will have a strong command of the English language and be able to work part-time in a fast-paced environment. Previous administrative experience is required for this role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to our team. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including answering calls, responding to emails, and handling mail
- Schedule meetings and appointments for team members
- Maintain records and ensure accurate documentation
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
