Machine Operator - Entry Level

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to start their career in the manufacturing industry and has a passion for hands-on work. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure efficient production
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality control standards
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to prevent malfunctions and delays
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or excess to supervisor
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic understanding of machinery operations (training will be provided)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Salary: $1100 per month, with potential for increase based on performance.

Location: Plovdiv, Bulgaria. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
