Indian Restaurant Manager in Plovdiv, Bulgaria



We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing profits.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, budgeting, and customer service
- Create and implement strategies to attract and retain customers
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of service and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports for upper management
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure quality food is served promptly
- Plan and coordinate special events or promotions to increase business

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is a plus
