Barista - Coffee Shop Staff (Plovdiv, Bulgaria)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team at a busy coffee shop in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including wiping down counters, tables, and equipment
- Handle cash transactions using POS system
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail in preparing beverages to meet customer specifications
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
