Barista



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Plovdiv. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality coffee beverages while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for candidates who require it.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks
- Ensure all drinks are made according to company standards and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using POS system
- Assist in inventory management of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art is required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer requests or complaints effectively
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Plovdiv, but we welcome candidates from all over India who are interested in working abroad.

Language Requirements:
English proficiency is not required for this position.

Visa sponsorship is available for candidates who require it. We will assist with the necessary paperwork and fees.
