Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities between all parties involved including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers
- Develop project plans and schedules, monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Manage project budget and expenses, including negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct final inspections and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed for project closeout

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or coordination role
- Good understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bulgarian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month. We welcome candidates without prior experience who are eager to learn and grow in the field of construction management. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.
