Are you a skilled and experienced construction manager looking for a new opportunity? We are currently seeking a Construction Manager to join our team in Plovdiv! As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion. Your main duties will include managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality control and safety standards, and resolving any issues that may arise during construction.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in construction management, with excellent leadership and communication skills. A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is also required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.
