Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a popular restaurant in Plovdiv. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, making it ideal for students or those looking for additional income. No previous experience is required as we are willing to train the right candidate. This job is open to all nationalities and English language skills are not required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Present menus and take orders
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Answer customer questions about menu items
- Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Accept payment from customers and process transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bulgarian (or other native language)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
This position offers competitive pay starting at 1200$ per month, with opportunities for tips based on performance.

This position is located in Plovdiv, a beautiful city known for its rich history, culture, and cuisine. Our restaurant is easily accessible by public transportation.
