Land Surveyor


We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Plovdiv. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the precise location and measurements of land boundaries, buildings, and other features. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to provide accurate data for projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools such as GPS, total stations, and geographic information systems (GIS)
- Record and analyze survey data to create maps, plans, and reports
- Prepare legal descriptions of land for property deeds or other purposes
- Verify the accuracy of existing survey data and make any necessary adjustments
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or questions
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects
- Perform quality control checks on completed surveys
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in technology related to land surveying

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics engineering, or a related field
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Excellent mathematical skills for calculating distances, angles, areas, and volumes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Good communication skills for working with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding land surveying

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1700$. Salary may increase based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Plovdiv but we also welcome applications from qualified candidates from other cities in Bulgaria.

Employment Type:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday-Friday. Occasional overtime may be required depending on project deadlines.

Experience:
Previous experience as a land surveyor is preferred but not required. We welcome applications from recent graduates or candidates with transferable skills.

Accommodation:
We do not provide accommodation for employees. Candidates must have their own accommodation in Plovdiv or be willing to relocate.

Nationality:
This position is open to all nationalities, however, preference will be given to Indian candidates due to our company's diverse team and client base.

Passport:
Candidates must have a valid biometric passport for employment purposes.
