Handyman - Property Maintenance Technician


As a Property Maintenance Technician (Handyman), your main responsibility will be to ensure the upkeep and functioning of our properties in Plovdiv, Canada. You will be responsible for carrying out various repair and maintenance tasks on both the interior and exterior of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on all properties, identifying and addressing any issues that need attention
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed
- Paint walls, fix drywall, and perform other minor carpentry tasks
- Repair or replace broken windows, doors, locks, and other hardware
- Handle landscaping duties including lawn mowing, trimming bushes, and maintaining the overall appearance of our properties
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs or maintenance work

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a handyman or property maintenance technician preferred
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills required
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Experience with painting and landscaping preferred
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Compensation:
This is a part-time position offering a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
